Discovery 2 incomplete tow bar, help needed.

Hi All,
newbie here with 2003 Disco 2 LHD. The tow bar is incomplete, I have try to contact the previous owner via the trade seller but no joy so far.
Can anyone tell me what exactly I'm missing and if I'm right thinking that keeping just the main fixed frame and buying a tow ball that fits the 4 holes on the frame is an option?
Any help and advice is much appreciated!

Click on the blue number for the LR part number, but only comes up as complete & eyewateringly expensive.
No idea whether you could just substitute a bolt on towball, but would that be long enough?

Oh well done! I think I remember seeing the swan neck part individually somewhere, worst case will try to call the manufacturer.
