Discovery 1 200tdi Rear Light Conversion

hello,

only a thought at the moment but am thinking of doing a rear light conversion on my disco. I am wanting to put in the series style lights on the rear been desperately trying to find pics online to see if its been done by someone but i cant find them. Just wondered if anyone knew where i could possibly get some blanking plates for the original or if someone has done it on here and could give some advice

Never seen it done, would look cack IMO, there are no blanking plates, you would need to fabricate and weld in some plates. Why do you want to get rid? They are decent lights already...

ive always liked morette style headlights on cars. and i like the series rear lights. + its also something completly random that noone has done it seems.
But yeah it could look cack thats why im in two minds on it. I can get some plates made up. then they would have been powdercoated kawasaki green as well. lol.

well they are LED lights,not just cheapo bulb type.

When you consider the cost of a new (not ex-ebay scrapper) rear light cluster, that's not a bad price for a pair.

Not that I would want them.
