Hi all, while replacing my Fuel pressure regulator, I noticed that the EGR solenoid valve had the electrical connector pulled out and taped up, and one of the vacuum pipes was missing..!!!!!! Being a total novice, Im wondering if this is the reason the Landy has always been really sluggish in 1st and 2nd and the turbo never kicks in till about 2800 rpm………ANY HELP APPRECIATED
