Disco revamp

Hi all,
Who can tell me the best paint product for tarting up the roof bars as they have the aluminium bloom in places.

I'm also looking to fit a towbar and the rear step to the disco, can anyone shed any light on the best place/price to obtain these items??

well be different like me and take them back to the alluminium they do look good on a dark coloured car,or you could use hammerite spray paints no primer needed and they even do smothrite drys quickly sticks like pooh in many different colours,ebay is quite cheap for second hand towbars not sure about the rear steps sometimes on ebay
