Disco 3 Radio Wont Work

Hi , new here so sorry if theres already a thread about this , if there is it didn't help or I couldn't find it.

Got a 58plate Disco 3 gs Commercial the other day we already have a lower spec one on spring conversion but anyway radio worked fine from friday to Saturday then I noticed the music settings and clock kept resetting themselves and then the radio just doesnt turn on at all , I had a new battery put on today and the radio worked until I turned it off and went in the shop and now back to being off , has anyone got any ideas or had the same problem.

Disconnect the battery for a few minutes, and see if it works again on reconnection.
