disco 2 torque converter needed.....

had this exact issue. whilst i believe the Td5, P38 and 300 tdi all use the same t/c, the flex plate brackets welded to them are all different. they are rare as rocking horse shìt second hand, my local 4x4 garage just happened to have one. if your bracket is not cracked, (mine was) ashcrofts do an exchange re-con unit for £175.
the V8 one is bigger. ashcrofts also do a HD t/c for the Td5 which is a converted V8 one (obviously more expensive)
