Hi all


Recently aquired Disco 2 td5 auto, but just not getting on with the auto box, if i get hold of a manual box and linkages will it go in withoout any major headaches.. what else will i need to get Thankyou for any advice.
 
Like you, I didn't want one, only got one for a medical reason, which has since gone away. You DO get used to them and honestly the performance is pretty good. Only thing to watch out for is problems to do with the box such as M & S lights, leaks, electrical issues etc, which is why I would avoid another one. But if you really don't like it, keep looking for a manual, they are around. Much cheaper than changing boxes over.

In what way do you not get on with the auto ... ? - it could need a good service / oil change / filter change etc .....;)
