Disco 2 rims on a Disco 3?

Hi, Will a set of standard 18" dia D2 alloys fit on a D3 that normally has 19" rims?
Reason is to fit a set of proper winter tyres for a jaunt round Norway later this year, but we already have a spare set of D2 rims whereas we'd have to buy a set otherwise, also 18" diameter winter tyres are about half the price of 19" diameter ones...

No the hub centers on the disco 2 rims will be too small to fit on the disco 3.
