disco 1 tilting only sunroof , glass removal

Front sunroof was siliconed up so I cleaned it off and opened it today.
long story but I thought it might not be leaking.
anyway I washed it to check and it is now lol.

so I need to remove the glass . Do the two plastic covers over the hinges just pop off ?
I dont want yo break them trying to get at the screws .

no they slide over the nut so you need to slide them back like this.

Thanks Nig. I used a 13mm spanner on the nut inside and a adjustable spanner to hold the plate outside and stop it spinning.
ive sealed it back up for now with dow corning 732 until I get a new seal and try that
