Disco 1 rear crossmember

Hello peeps.

I'm having another go at the Disco.
I've hit a snag with replacing my rear cross member.
......... how do I get the old one out !!!

I've searched on here but cant find any answers.

Is there a step by step guide, or piccies in someone's restoration postings that can point me in the right direction??
