Evening all,

Bicycles....'oood 'ave 'em???

Well I am fed up with throwing mine on the roof and strapping it down... Its a long way up  I remember some folk recommending a very simple bike carrier (it was cheap too) - It had a simple fixing taht went through the spare wheel I think

Does anyone know what I am on about?

Oh... and Vagrent is a homo :D

If you can find an Argos wiv any stock left...

http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3334357.htm?CMPID=GS001&_$ja=tsid:11527%7Ccc:%7Cprd:3334357%7Ccat:sports+and+leisure+%2F+bikes%2C+cycling+and+accessories+%2F+cycle+carriers%2C+trailers+and+child+seats+%2F

that one looks the same as the britpart one i have ,where bracket bolts on same studs as spare wheel so doesnt hinder wheel removal and means you can remove carrier easily,as its held on with poad lock ,better that tow bar ones as door can still be opened even with rack full of bikes was about £60 when i bought it supposed to hold 4 bikes

ive got a 3 bike one that hangs on the spare wheel and is secured by webbing straps..... do a search on fleabay theres usually all sorts on there.

This is the one I've got.
Simbars | Our product range | Tig welding | Nylon dip coating | Large radius tube bending | Cycle racks | Security cages | Land Rover accessories
One of the land rover parts stock them (paddocks, craddock) can't remember which one.
