If you haven't put in +2 inch springs then it's a no.

The get the cones or when you off road you will be forever kicking then back in place. That is if you don't need to jack it up first. I learnt the hard way.

Yes just the back, as the shocks are in the springs on the front they can't go any where. However I know a few who have front ones but you don't need them really.
