Sorry if this has been addressed before but i cant find it 
The Diff Lock Linkage is sloppy on my 90, I've tried and second one today from a spare gearbox and still not much joy, the lever moves the full amount but by the time all the slack is taken up i don't seem to get the full movement below and cant always get the diff lock to engage. I've replaced pins and nipped bits up and even tightened up the spring dowel. Is there a service kit ?, is there a MOD/upgrade ? any thoughts ?
