I have an urgent problem with my TD5 Disco, urgent because I am snow bound way up in a forest and need urgent supplies.
Put car in garage running perfect, next morning no start (very cold) did not even try to start.
Checked all through fuel system fuel to head, from head, from cooler but cannot get a flow back at the pump through the white pipe (bleed pipe) should i have a flow from this?. Put air line onto return pipe at cooler and fuel/air re-entered the tank via the low pressure return (R/H side of pump)
undid the bleed pipe from filter put air line on no blockage, replaced filter this has made no difference. Should I be getting a flow back to the pump/tank via the white pipe (L/H side of pump) or not, if yes why cant I??
Any help would really be appreciated.
