Somewhere I may still have a Discovery 1 V8 Efi non-serpentine belt fan shroud; v-belt ?ESR1027 pic below.

It didn't fit my 90V8 conversion; even though it's a Disco 1 V8 engine the cowl doesn't line up correctly with the rad when the viscous fan is attached.
So I'm using a 16" Kenlowe although I'd rather use viscous but without a correctly fitting cowl there's little point. As it is, the electric ones is working fine.
If you have a carb V8 it may not fit as I seem to recall the fan hole is more central.

I'll let you know tomorrow.

@Mikewilliams Found the cowl. Let me know if it's what you want...somehow doubt it as it's a disco cowl and didn't fit my 90 so you might have the same problem. Could be fettled I suppose....?

Cost me 28 + pp, so call it 25 +pp?
Are you sure it will fit? I can measure overall dimensions, hole diameter, distance form centre of hole to each side etc if that helps.
On my 90, with a 90 rad and Disco V8 in the factory position, with the viscous fan, on the cowl won't fit on the rad without fouling the fan?1

No problem, good luck with the fab.
I thought about doing the same but so far the electric set up is fine despite initial concerns; deep down I think viscous is better....
