My originals (y2000, 224000 miles....) are definitely 'squishy' while replacing turbo....

Search shows nothing recent - any recommendations for good quality replacement, ideally as a set, and ideally not OTT shiny blue/red luminous (unless that is a sign of good quality of course....:D).

I guess its 3 bits - turbo to metal tube, metal tube to intercooler, and intercooler to inlet manifold.....? From memory the waste gate actuator tube comes off the metal segment so not affected.....

All sensible suggestions appreciated, cheers, A

Agew, as sierrafery suggests silicone hoses on the turbo are good. They are smoother inside and create less turbulence so a little bit more power squeezed out. Ive been on silicones for about five years and there is a difference. Yes its three parts needed.
