Defender TD5 Fuel Filter Housing

I need to replace my fuel filter and housing due to corrosion on my 2004 Defender TD5. Looking at pictures of ones for the Defender and Discovery TD5 they look the same. Discovery ones are cheaper though. Does anyone know if they are interchangeable?

i dont know the difference between any of then they all function the same

The Discovery fuel filter and housing arrived today. Exactly the same as the Defender one and slightly cheaper for some reason. All is good again.
