If you've got an air compressor, a cut off tool works a treat. £10 - 15 on ebay.

Grinder. Those bolts a dime a dozen and these pretty decent access, grind off the bottom two and if you have a very thing disk and a steady hand you should be able to carefully grind off the top one as well.

Don't forget your new straight through pipe will only be a two bolt flange at each end and the rest of the exhaust if you are still using it will be of 3 bolt flange plus of slightly smaller bore
