Defender door repair

The bottoms have fallen out of the rear doors of my 110 Defender. I'm wondering how difficult it is to repair them, as opposed to getting two doors from a breaker. The bottom rail is gone and there are serious rust patches to the corners of the inner frame.
Has any member undertaken this job? Any advice would be gratefully received
