anyone know a good download manual for taking gearbox put to replace clutch

I used this guide for removing the greabox when I sent it to be reconditioned. If you are just replacing the clutch you will not need to remove it completely and could just slide it back to allow enough clearance to access the clutch.

Although not 100% reliable, the haynes workshop manual is always good for reference and worth having.

Haynes is fine, much rather have a book to hand than have to look on-line for info.

Agree, I've got Haynes plus the big 700 page LR one, however OPs request was for a downloadable version.

Yep, noted that but sometimes people forget that paper copies exists and automatically go for the on-line version instead.

I have both haynes and the LR workshop manual and I have never used the haynes for anything. It takes too long working out what the grainy pictures are of.

Thats true, also not being model specific, you have to keep flipping through to find your engine, gearbox etc. Still handy to have in the back though.
