Defender 2.2TDCI as a daily van

Hi all, we're looking to change some of our company vans this year and was considering a newish Defender 90 (1-2 years old). Wondered if anyone uses one daily for work and any common problems/downsides to a Defender. I know the 2.4's had plenty of problems.... Annual mileage is likely to be around 20-30k a year.

Well, l am using my 2005 110 TD5 as a daily drive for my business, l do about 1,000 miles a month in it.

I am having no problems at all, in fact l prefer it to my Transit Connect van. The Defender is not the best motorway vehicle ever, but the TDCi is better in this respect.

This is not a problem for me as l hardly do any motorway miles.
