Defender 1984 90 help with fuse box

I need a new fuse box as mine is letting me down big time ! First I can not find one and second can I upgrade to a later type with ease ? I'm ok on the spanners but crap on sparks.

Yes it can be done quite cheap and easy to upgrade.
Post in the defender forum or do a search, plenty have done it.
