Dash Top Retrim

Has anyone used this on their dash? Mine has a rip on it right next to the ashtray and its bloody annoying. This seems like a chance to smarten things up and cover the rip. It's sold by JGS4x4 for £40

Is yours 200(narrow)or 300(wide) vent?

It’s a 89 200tdi conversion so don’t really know. Doesn’t matter with this kit though as it is cut to fit during install

That trim looks good with stitching though

Yes, like the look of it. They do it with white, red and black stitch. I think white, what do you think ?

I would say black.
Only as white may go dirty & look dated. But red would make the dash stand out.

Not at all mate. I asked your opinion and its appreciated. I've ordered it now though and went for the white as my 90 is white and black. You've got me thinking about it getting dirty now though

I thought @meego did the stitching after he cut it too short!

I've not done this (yet) as my dash is good. There is a how to guide on utube, looks easy enough to do.

I'll try. I have a habit of taking photos at the start of a job and then forgetting half way through.
