Just noticed that my coolant expansion bottle has lots of small cracks around the neck hidden conveniently by the yellow plastic label. Although it isn't leaking at the moment I've cleaned it & coated it with araldite just now & will replace it soon as Famous Four list them at around the £25 mark. Having done the old search I see that it's a fairly common problem but I hadn't realised it affected the Td4 models too so it might be well worth you all checking yours.
