Coram 2T bottle jack

just recieved a Coram 2t bottle jack from ebay, it looks like it should have 3 stages of lift but only 2 move is this correct?

floor to top extended is 15 inches

Think I've answered my own question, I've found it discribed as a 2 stage lift to 390mm which is about right (must search harder before posting)
it just didnt look high enough to me

not sure what you mean by two or 3 stage but you often find the top will screw out on a long thread ,aswell as the hydraulic bit lifting.
