Coolant leak help!!!!

You maybe able to see water leaking out just behind belt cog

The way those belts are running and being stretched, you've got more than just a coolant leak as an issue!

I'd check hose fitments as a start. What vehicle is it?

Please put model, engine & year. Without that info there's little chance of an answer.
Looking at the angle of the belt something's definitely not right.

HOWEVER. A look at your post history suggests this might be a 90 & you've posted this issue on more than one forum.
From looking at those I suspect the bearing in the front of the pump has failed allowing the shaft to sit to the left. Take the belt off & I suspect the shaft & pulley will wobble about like a good un. If that is the case then you need a new pump as has been advised.

its a disco 200 tdi and its not surprising water pumps leaking with pulley alignment been so far out

looks like its leaking because something is very broken, something related to that completely misaligned belt wheel.

No result from the OP but my money's on the pump bearing disintegrating. This will instantly trash the seal & water will then p!ss out as fast as you put it in, plus the spindle is no longer held in its normal position & the tension of the belt will pull it to one side so it looks like an alignment issue.
Had one fail that way on my V8 RRC years ago. Followed by a big argument at the counter with Brown Bros in Birmingham that the water pump they had in stock & wanted to sell me was the right one. Turned out they didn't have the right one in stock & thought it would do
Fortunately another of the Brum LR specialists had one AND I'd got a full toolkit with me as I'd gone to sort a starter motor issue with my eldest's 205 at his student digs.

Is it me, or is that pump housing cracked?

I thought that too, and possibly a bulge in lower hose

is this a wind up ?

wrong size belts installed or both belts have been mixed up looks like some one may of possibly changed the 10 by 605 belt to a shorter belt by passing the water pump while the other pulley drives an auxiliary looking at one of the belts it looks new
the water leak should not to be to hard to find as the OP has time to take a snap shot but lazy to climb under neath to pin point it

i have never seen a water pump ran down to this destruction before but i have seen the wrong type of pulley installed and possible the wrong way

the photolooks deceiving and is this mounting blocks straight the whole pic looks twisted

No the belts are on the wrong pulleys.
Aux on rear
Pas on front

Okies lets correct not wrong size/make rec, as some have posted jobs sorted after replacement water pump incidentally it's a Disco 200 Tdi engine thanks for all those positive and helpful comments and suggestions

Totally off mark fella, I for one am not lazy and you are really off the mark stating the belts are wrong size...…..
