It's a bit rusty from lack of use but I reckon it should clean upWhat do we think new compressor or could I just do a new clutch
Why do you want to remove the shim?Yer will give it a clean I’m trying to find the shim that you can remove is it behind the surr clip do you know
I dont know if its supposed to stay on ,mine ,my compressor comes on kicks in on and off about 3 times a minute or so and less in cold weather ,,,but its minus 16 degrees at the vents on full cold ..It wasn’t coming on I’ve removed the shim and it’s working ok now when I turn on air con the clutch kicks in and stays on
Oh.. they do stop leaking... Eventuallyan oil leak never cures itself.
Hmmm. Your call...
You need to find the reason why it wasn't coming on in the first place my mate.True that mark it’s original so probably best just to replace
Aircon compressors rarely fail in my experience.True that mark it’s original so probably best just to replace
That's true our Keith, normally à leaking seal dries the compressor out along with the gas escaping.Aircon compressors rarely fail in my experience.
And minus 18 outside.I dont know if its supposed to stay on ,mine ,my compressor comes on kicks in on and off about 3 times a minute or so and less in cold weather ,,,but its minus 16 degrees at the vents on full cold ..
