Hi, only 2nd car I’ve ever owned and I’m a LR virgin. Purchased my Freelander 2003 privately last year for metal detecting rallies. I drove about 10 miles from seller and the head gasket blew. RAC eventually towed me home and Since then it’s been sat on the drive. I’ve had quotes all over £1000 but that’s more than I paid for the car. I have lots of questions and would love some advice please.
