So I have just started testing weekly another building onsite and it has fitted old style Howler call points with this test key.....
Could anyone recommend the correct test process in terms of getting the glass to drop and step up again without too much hassle?
Did them today and getting the glass back up and reset in the actual call point box was a pain in the arse!
Almost like you get the glass back level and then as you remove the key, it drops again causing the alarm to sound again and after a while... somewhat annoyed customers.
The other buildings have the new style self testing system where the frame drops and then you push it back up and the system will sound for 5 seconds.
