clutch pedal vibe

Hi this is my first thread here it goes! I have had my Td4 for 6 months now, it's a 55 plate 51,000 miles. Whilst using the clutch I have noticed what can be described as slight engine vibration through the pedal, has any other member come across this ? If so can it be rectified or is it nothing to worry about.
