clutch pedal spring configuration?

Can anyone take a photo of their clutch peddle for me. Its a 95 110 so the pedal spring is the large one that wraps around the pedal. Im trying to work out why i cant engage gears, specifically reverse when the engine is running. I can select when engine off, depress clutch, select rev then start engine and move away. Ive changed the slave and im now changing the master. When im bleeding the system and the clutch pedal goes just past halfway, it springs to the floor and has to be pulled up. Maybe it will be alright when i have some fluid and pressure in the system but i need to know if i have refitted the spring correctly. im sure it only goes one way but im now grabbing at straws to work out what the problem is.
