Ok guys., here's what's happened. DISCOVERY 2 TD5

Driving along just fine. Stopped at traffic lights and car started crawling forward with foot on clutch.

Stalled it !

Started it . Couldn't get out of gear with engine on. Could with engine off !

Brake pedal went floppy. THEN brick hard half way then POP ! right to the floor floppy !

Was recovered to home. The Master to slave pipe had a hole in it at the plastic bit.

Replaced it and master cylinder ( slave was replaced last year )

Tried to bleed it., took forever.,

Got some resistance today., then the last 3rd pedal travel was solid ! and again.... POP !

Now fluid is leaking from the disc bit on master cylinder ??

Has something seized in the clutch ? Release bearing ? Or something else ?

Help !

Not sure what you mean by disc part...
Could be a hydraulic issue but it sounds mechanical going by the pedal being solid.
Plenty of things it could be...fork, nylon pad, release bearing, pressure plate spring...
I'd pull the slave out, clamp it so the piston can't come out and try bleeding (The leak you mentioned will need seeing to as well)
Once hydraulics are ruled out it has the be gearbox off
