Clutch gone

Hi Guys,
Driving home tonight went to drop gear as climbing steep hill, could feel pressure on the clutch pedal and then nothing, foot went straight to floor. I can still get all the gears as I drove home changing gears using engine revs.

When i got home fluid was running out from under the car.

Do you think it's the clutch slave cylinder or what else could it be.

Any help would be much appreciated. 1995 P38A

Could be slave cylinder but more likely pins sheared in clutch shaft.

Same thing happened my one pins gone, could end up an expensive job the gearbox will have to come out at that stage check the clutch and flywheel if there worn you may change them as you will have the gearbox out and you won't want to take the box back out in a few months because of a worn clutch

Would the fluid leak out if it was the pins that had sheared

i had the pins shear in my one but it never pushe the piston out of the slave cylinder , mabye i was just lucky.
