Hi all I've got 1994 LSE soft dash. I am looking at buying a working radio, he says it is from a soft dash but it is not a diversity. I am wondering if anyone knows if all soft dash had a diversity or were some of them single aerial input.

Thanks
hoping for a quick answer as it is an online auction and ends in a few hours

Don’t know, and I doubt it. But as we can only receive FM clearly nowadays days, just use the FM input if have have a diversity head unit, that’s for the UK of course.
Yes I can just connect the two together, the issue is it has no cd changer multi pin socket.

I don’t know any one that’s tried it, there’s no need to, so they have always used, of the two antenna, the antenna feed that give the best reception and changed the coax plug if needed. They both are ok but one is better reception than the other.
Try it and see it’s not going to do any harm other than maybe reception issues (interference).

One is am and the other is fm, I have a Y lead connecting them at the moment on the radio I have and get FM and AM with great reception> I use am when I'm driving and want to listen to football commentary.
