Centre consol carpets wet. Disco 3

Hi there,
So I own an 06 disco 3 Hse,
Had the usual wet foot wells in the rainy season due to perished sun roof drain pipes, ive now replaced with new.
I now have wet carpet up the centre console, I can see a drip/leak on what looks like the side of a radiator under the dash. Is this a common fault ? And is this the heater matrix ?
Any help would be good

In the mean time , have u removed ur pollen filter , is it wet

Does it only drip when ur ac is on, if so sounds like a blocked Ac condense drain pipe
