CB radio and Arial advice

just got myself a Landy 90, loads of extras set up for off roading like Detroit Locker thinking of getting a CB any advice where best to place antenna? What types or makes perform better?

I mounted my aerial on one of these fitted to the rear of the hardtop http://www.4x4cb.com/public/item.cfm?itemID=753 but you may want to look at a gutter mount otherwise. Obviously the magnetic mounts are no good for an aluminium hardtop! You will need an SWR meter to get the best set-up as aluminium roofs are not the best for creating a good earth for the aerial.
