CB install/location

I'm planning to install my CB in a more permanent spot, than just shoved down side of seat, but as previously mentioned the P38 is devoid of obvious locations.

Before I go though the grief of removing the centre fascia can anyone tell me how much space there is behind the coin tray, as I reckon it would fit there nicely with a little chopping, as long as there is enough room behind? It's not a big unit (Kernow 4100).

Mine is fitted in that space next to the watch. The aerial is fitted between the back light and the fuel cap.

Mine is a small CME unit, so I didn't have to cut anything.
