Hello All
I have a p38 '2000' model, diesel

The missus bought the car back this morning saying it felt sluggish and under powered and that it had come up on the dash say CAS Fault.

When i went out to the car an hour later all was fine no fault lights suspension goes up n down like it should and it felt fine to drive,

Does anyone no what CAS stands for and why it would come and go

Cheers Lez

It wasn't "CAS" it was EAS fault, so as it cleared it was a soft fault. It is probably a height sensor playing up. download the EAS software from www.rswsolutions.com, buy the cable and read the fault codes before it developes into a hard fault and leaves you on the bump stops.

take data s advice, i cant add anymore for now except that shes trying too tell ya something so listen now or she will let you know in a few days, and then you ll have too listen to the missus aswell.
