All the LR guards I've had you have been able to fold the seats.
My F1 guard is not actually bolted to anything, its held in place by the seats when they are upright and can be slid out when they are folded.
The D1 guard had brackets permanently bolted to the wheel arches that the guard bolted to which could be undone by hand easily for removal. It looks like that guard is like that - but you'd have to check with them.
