I have just bought a Land Rover Discovery sport SD4 HSE 67 plate 7 seater, the car come without a spare wheel but had a solution pump up thing instead, is it possible to add a spare wheel kit to the vehicle? As its a 7 seater and there doesn't look like there is room under the boot for a wheel cage. There is room for a jack and wheel wrench but they are both also missing.

Unfortunately that's the sad reality with most cars these days with their spare wheel delete.
As you have stated that yours being a 7 seater with no space to mount it under the vehicle, you may just have to do with that emergency tyre inflater thingy..... unless you want to bolt a full size to the back like a D2:D

Thank you for your reply ifloochies
That will save me calling up any breakers, im not sure why there is a space in my boot for both the wheel wrench and the Jack if they aren't supplied though.

The Disco Sport comes with a space saver spare wheel according to LR, maybe it was only available as an option for your model which I doubt being an HSE.
Also theres a space saver kit is available for vehicles fitted with 18” wheels and always second spares on eBay if your already have the jack and wheel brace.

You can have a space saver spare, which fits under the rear of the boot floor.
However you can't have a spare and a tow bar, as the spare wheel carrier mounts to the same fixing location as the tow bar, hence one or the other.

Nothing like progress is there?

Rejoice! You are saving the planet!
The reduction in weight means that you save x kg of emissions annually - and that is a cause for celebration.

We don't talk about the environmental cost of the likes of myself turning up in a 15 tonner and transporting you 85 miles to Kwik Fit (other such establishments are available) and then returning to base.

Tis bonkers isn't it!
I remember the disgust I felt as a young lad when my mother decided she was too posh (or simply couldn't be fecked) to change a wheel, so called the AA. If I'd been a bit bigger I'd have done it myself. We were outside our own domestic
garage for fecks sake!
Still keeps peeps employed!;)
