Can anyone identify this heater pipe?

Hi all,
Going to look at a 2001 Td5 disco 2, apparently the only issue is a leaky heater pipe and has been cut and crimped as a temp fix.

I'm wondering if anyone can ID which pipe it actually is in case the lack of flow has had more serious consequences than no hot air.

Note worthy that the vehicle has had the radiator recently replaced.

Thanks.

Sure it's not a leaky heater matrix????.
My first thought as well. Owner insist it was just the pipe not the matrix.
I know it's a long shot but just wanted to see if anyone recognised if the pipe in question was for the fuel cooler to radiator or fuel cooler to matrix.

From what I hear they run fine with no fuel cooler?

I know the picture is quite... Vague. Was worth a shot.
Thanks for the diagram, I haven't seen the vehicle in person yet but from the owners descriptions I suspect fuel cooler end of 32 or perhaps 3.

If it is the fuel cooler end of 32 it must also be blanked elsewhere like no. 3 as well?
Oh yeah, that makes sense. I guess it can't be the fuel cooler pipe then. Seems most likely to be the matrix end of #3 then.
While I guess it would effect overall flow having the matrix blocked, I'm thinking it shouldn't have to big of an impact on the cooling in the short term (need to drive it two hours home if I buy it)
