First, I have never owned any sort of vehicle designed, built or produced by Land Rover. But I have learned from my mistakes and have evolved.
This brings me to my next point, I am about to purchase a Land Rover, second hand, and I have no idea on what to look out for. What are the items you should check or be aware of?
The last thing I want or need is to by a rust bucket whose engine should have been shot years ago to put it out of its misery.
I would really appreciate some guidance on this matter.
I have been looking mainly at the 2.5 TD, they have around 150 000km and the year is usually 94 to 96.
