I have asked a few questions lately, the joy of new ownership however I am hoping this one will be quick and easy.

While manhandling the turbo vent thing out of the back of the engine I managed to crack the housing for the brake fluid sensor.

How exactly do you take out the old sensor and replace it with a new one, do I need to drain the resevoir or anything?

Thank you

Have you broken the plug on the wiring or the actual brake fluid bottle connection of the bottle ? if the later then just replace the plug, of tape it up, i am sure you could get any plug from several cars that would fit, make sure it as a length of wire connected to it so you can join it to your wiring on the car.
