Bonnet Release Cable Problem

My 1997 Discovery has always had a cable coming directly off the latch and out the front of the grille as the cable had snapped on the previous owner.

This temporary fix works fine but I would like to replace it properly.

I've bought a new cable, bolted it on under the dash, fed it through the bulkhead etc.

The problem is I haven't got the original layout to compare to and am wondering if I'm missing any bits etc.

Any help would be much appreciated!
