Morning everyone, OK here i go with my conundrum!
Doing my body lift at a leisurely pace due to my arthritis :( but getting there, I've managed at last to undo the body mounts (but what a bind! Bloody tin worm) any way I digress. So I've loosened the steering, undone the earth strap, removed the nuts one side and left the other side finger tight. Sorted the seat belt tie rods ( had to use angle grinder) so I get my jack and blocks and it dawns on me ! Fcuk! !! Ìve lpg installed. So I have the external donought tank bolted to the floor support and the boot floor? And the external cylinder under drivers side under rear passengers seat and drivers seat!
So my question is do I loosen the mountings and support them on stands to do lift and then reposition them? The cylinder under seats is a very tight fit. Also the plumbing junction bolted to chassis will have to be loosened. I'm not going to replace rear seats so wondered about fitting two 110 Ltd tanks where seats used to be. So can anyone help me with my questions
Thanks guys I await your wisdom
Dave ;)

Will you need to move anything in the engine bay and the clutch pipework? As well as the gear levers? Sorry can't help directly. I guess I'd probably not bother with a bodylift myself. What size tyres are you running?

I would most likely remove current tanks and fit the body lift, biggie in the back and pipe to suit when funds allow/the wife isn't looking ;)

Much safer off road without underslung tanks plus you have then made a whopping great space to house a rear winch :D
