The good wifes phone keeps failing to connect - when i look at it to ix it i dont really do anyhthing, its still there and it just seems to connect. its a pie phone 10 and she sports a pie watch. I recon its limitations of blue tooth and 2 devices basically doing the same thing?!?!?
anyone seen this before?
What i plan to do is connect up an old BlackBerry < blast from the past there, and see if it i connects automatically for a week or 2, then see if i can convince her to disconnect her watch and see what happens.

I wonder if both pie items have the same name like myPie and both reply to the car at the same time, if that's possible.

Got it more reliable by shortenig the name of the phone and taking out an ' which showed as a ? Haven't been brave enough to install the blackberry yet lol might give it s go today.

so i hooked up the blackberry last night, all good this morning.
I noticed when i was doing it there was no sign of the pie phone in the set up?!? and i got a low battery display up on the radio - the phone was fully charged and i thought a low battery for the car would be on the dash board?!?!

technology would be great if it worked...

If the FL2 engine isn't running then you will get a black screen power warning on the touch screen sat nav/radio quite quickly. It's warning you the cars battery will go flat if you continue to power the radio etc without running the engine. It will also shut down the screen after 3 minutes.
