Bleeding Brakes...RAVE

Can somebody post the section on bleeding the brakes on a p38. I tried downloading the workshop manual but I have such slow internet, it will take 160 hours! Doing brake lines tomorrow at mates garage and need to get back home in it so dont want any last minute hitches. Found a thread that skated over it bit I need the exact procedure.

p38 brakes are alot easier than classic abs to bleed
