Hi, just finished bleeding process as per workshop manual, returned to front calipers, ignition on opened bleed screw and got tiny bubbles, milky in appearance. Lost feel on brake pedal with travel all the way to the floor. Whole process abortive. No leaking joints/pipes pump operating, no warnings on dash, fluid level correct. Does anyone have any advice on next steps?

Redo the bleed process, it can take more than one go to get all the air out. The procedure in RAVE has to be followed to the letter.

Hopefully it didn’t go down too far they can be nightmare once there’s air in certain parts of the system.

Two people required to follow the procedure correctly, unless you have a robot to press the pedal..

The YouTube channel " Work on P38" has a good video on bleeding the brakes as well as many other useful videos.
