I have just bought a 2007 90 Defender that has BF Mud terrains fitted. These are too off road orientated for my use which will be 70% road and off road use basically towing a horse box in fields and driving around farm fields. I was thinking about the BF All terrain, is this a good option? ALso, what is the correct size for the 16 inch alloy? Is it 235 70 or 235 80? Cheers

Tried that but could'nt find the answer to which tyre size should be on a 16 inch alloy.

Ah must apologise. Yer right I couldn't find the answerr either.

We could do with a definitive guide that folks could refer to;)

I've got 265/75's on my Defender it throws the speedo out abit ( theres definetly freds on that) but no probs rubbin. :D

Admittedly they're on standard steel rims but they will still fit yer alloys

Hi all just a further question re.tyres. My def 110 is now currently fitted with 4 x BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO LT265/75 R16 120 / 116S on Steel Wheels.

Do you think I can replace my BFs with the standard Land Rover issued General Grabber 235/86R16 and keep the same wheels or will I need ot buy different size wheels too? Thanks in advance for any response - the clock on eBay is ticking!
