best place to buy service items?

Hi, i was just wondering where you had all found to be the best place to buy your service items from.I bought my last stuff from a local shop then found out by looking in one of the mags that stuff was half the price.
Who do you think does the cheapest quality stuff with good service? any web links would be appreciated.

try www.paddockspares.com they seem to be quite good, delivery time is speedy. ive had no problems so far.

I placed an order with them recently and it was not sent out for a day or two, had to chase them for it. It was probably just one of those odd acations when things don't go right and not the norm.

i've used paddocks for all me bits used on the rebuild and never had a problem with them. stuff always gets here in two or three days.

I always ring round first no matter what the vehicle. It dosn't pay to be loyal.
I got my manifold gaskets and turbo oil feed pipe from the main dealers in Hull at the same price as Paddocks or Craddocks, without the hassle of posting them back if they were the wrong ones. I got my alternator from a local auto electricians £60ish over £200 from the main dealers.

I've always found www.beamends-lrspares.co.uk to be quite on prices.
